FAQ
What is project coaching and how can it benefit me?
Project coaching is all about getting things done. It helps individuals and teams successfully plan, execute, and complete projects.
You will benefit from my guidance, motivation, and expertise so you can finally tick that box out of your to-do list.
As a project coach, I provide personalized support and accountability throughout the lifecycle of your project, from the idea stage to completion.
How does it differ from consulting or therapy?
Coaching isn’t consultancy because I won’t be doing the work for you or telling you what to do.
It’s also not therapy or counselling. I won’t be helping you to understand or overcome psychological challenges, as they might be rooted in the past.
I will meet you where you are right now, motivating you and supporting you to conquer your goals with the tools you already have and under your current circumstances.
What types of projects do you specialize in coaching?
I specialize in a wide range of projects that cater to solopreneurs, such as business launches, product development, marketing campaigns, website creation, course development, event planning, book writing, and so on.
Can you help me if I’m still in the idea stage of my project?
Sure! Together, we can go through all the necessary steps to turn your idea into reality.
How do you support clients who started a project but can't finish it?
We will figure out what has been stopping you, and how to overcome these roadblocks while still moving forward. In other words, we will have deep-level conversations, but we will be working on your project at the same time.
What can I expect from a typical coaching session?
It’s up to you tell me what you want from your coaching session. Still, to answer your question, we will start evaluating where you are with your project, what have you done so far, and then discuss how and what you will do next.
How long does it usually take to complete a project with your coaching support?
The duration of coaching support varies depending on the complexity and scope of your project. I typically recommend starting with at least four sessions to ensure we cover all the essential steps and provide you with the tools you need to continue independently.
For most projects, a three-month commitment (12 sessions) is recommended. This timeframe allows us thoroughly address each stage of your project, provide ongoing support, and adapt to any challenges that may arise.
Do you offer any resources or tools to help with project management?
During your sessions, I might make suggestions and give you recommendations, but it’s up to you to find tools and resources. I also don’t claim to know every single aspect of project management. Ultimately, you are the one who best knows your industry.
What are your coaching fees and payment options?
My fees are budget-friendly, and I will suggest a personalized quote based on your project needs and stage. I also offer discounts and payment options for long-term contracts.
Occasionally, I provide pro-bono spots or reduced rates for individuals hoping to start a business or become freelancers but currently have no income.
How does payment work?
The full amount is paid before your session through a Stripe link for card payments.
You’ll receive detailed instructions once you decide to book your session. But if card payment doesn’t suit you, we can discuss alternatives.
You can cancel and reschedule your session up to 24h in advance without having to pay again.
How flexible are your scheduling options?
I offer many scheduling options as I take only a few clients per time.
I am usually available Tuesday to Thursday to Friday in the mornings and early afternoons – Dublin (Ireland) timezone (GMT +1). But I can discuss alternative days and hours if needed.

What about confidentiality and data privacy?
I will send you a GDPR form with more details about confidentiality and how I will handle your data. But the general idea is that your personal information won’t be shared, and it will be destroyed once it’s no longer necessary. For this reason, I encourage you to keep your own records and notes during the sessions for future self-evaluation. Here is my Privacy Policy.
