I’m Luciana Lynch
What I love about project coaching is watching someone have a lightbulb moment.
Those overwhelming feelings fading away. Thoughts becoming clear and organised. Everything starting to make sense and to feel possible and attainable.
My Approach
As your coach, I’ll help you accomplish what is important to you without bringing yourself to tears or exhaustion. You’ll leave our sessions feeling more in control.
And you’ll receive the same level of guidance I’ve offered to hundreds of leaders of public and private organisations during my over 20 years working as a team leader and planning/executive manager.
Through agencies or directly, I have worked for Google, Yahoo, Expedia, Ernst & Young (EY), Saeco, Mazars Performance, ABB Service, Iberdrola, and more.
My background includes a Certification and a Diploma in Life Coaching, a BSc. in Communications, and an MBA in Marketing.
While attending a BSc. In Nursing, I was an intern researcher for a neuroscience lab.
On the creative arts side, I am a poet and fiction writer.
In 2010, I left Brazil for a sabbatical and haven’t gone back, making of Ireland my home.
